Depending on the tools we use, we are somewhat limited with the options each tool provides. Good thing is, those things happen rarely, actually we never turned a client down because we couldn’t do something.

Where there’s a will there’s a way, and be sure we’ll find it!

You’ll have full support 14 days after the project is officially finished. Within that time you’ll be able to request up to 5 changes to existing design.

After 14 days if you need something you’ll need to hire us again.

Need regular support? Contact us for monthly rates.

*While we still work on the project you have our full support and unlimited revision requests.

You have 2 months to use our custom design service after the purchase is made.

After that time passes, if we didn’t hear from you in the meantime we’ll consider that project completed and you’ll need to purchase our services again.

Refunds won’t be given after that period either.

Usually we don’t have cases like that, but we have had a few where customers waited more than a year after the purchase and then asked us to do a design for them.  That’s why this question was added to FAQ.

After you make the order you’ll be redirected to our project details form where you’ll share all the necessary information for us to be able to start working on your project.

If anything is missing we’ll let you know.

You’ll be in direct contact first with Drazen (the owner of The Landing Factory), after which you’ll be assigned your dedicated designer who will work with you and be in direct contact with you (via email) until the project is finished.

No, our service only covers the design aspect and web design of the page where we deliver you a fully functional website or web page.

2-page design costs $1149 (regular price is $1199) – order here.

While 4-page design costs $2199 (regular price is $2399) – order here.

Since 5+ pages usually mean bigger, more complex projects, which take more time to finish, we would first like to talk with you to discuss details and to make sure we’re a good fit for you.

Besides that, for big projects we’ll also give you a custom quote, usually much more appealing than our regular prices.

Short answer – no.

Since our work requires a lot of time, time which costs money btw, we can’t offer refunds to our customers.

What we can promise is to give each customers unlimited revisions – basically we work until you are 100% happy with the result.

One thing to keep in mind, we have 0 unhappy customers so far, we’re positive that you’ll be on the happy side as well.

We specialize in working with online entrepreneurs, small business owners, local businesses, home service businesses and such.

Other businesses are welcome to hire us as well 🙂

If you don’t know anything about those tools, don’t worry, you don’t need to know. Just tell us what you need and we’ll choose the best tool to do it, no extra cost for you.

We don’t trade time for money here, we trade years of experience, expertise and knowledge to deliver the best results for our clients, no matter how big the page, no matter how long it takes.

Yes, we can.

However, we exclusively use Elementor to design such pages, together with some 3-rd party Elementor plugins.

Our custom design service covers design of product pages, but it does not cover adding products to your store, just to be clear.
